The Zone Zero Brief
One email when something actually changes
Most weeks, nothing changes and we send nothing. When something does (the August 19 adoption, an OAL filing, a local ordinance, a carrier program), you get one short, dated, sourced email that says what changed and what it means for your five feet. That's the whole product.
What the Brief is watching next: Office of Administrative Law review of the adopted statewide Zone 0 regulation, including its five-day public comment period; publication by the Secretary of State; and the effective date, once one exists. That date is the one that matters, because every compliance clock in the rule runs from it, and subscribers get it the week it is set. The tracker holds the current status in the meantime.
